1 tsp DRIED sage in a cup of boiling water,  steep 2 -3 minutes.  Strain.  Sweeten with honey.

If using FRESH sage - One handful of leaves and stems in a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes.  Strain. Sweeten with honey.

Optional flavoring  - lemon or orange slices.
