Anyone who purchases a firearm requiring a license must mail FFL with original signature to:

A faxed FFL is also acceptable, however a hard copy is preferred. 

This FFL will be kept on file under the purchaser's name for future reference.

Any firearm that does not appear on the ATF C & R list must have a FFL.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Only firearms made prior to 1898 do not require a license.
